I ensure that your business has a solid Marketing Strategy which includes:

  • Goals around income and profit from each of your segments or product lines
  • A clear understanding of the market your business operates in and which segments you should be targeting
  • A detailed understanding of your target segments
  • A detailed understanding of how your products and services help solve your target segment’s problems
  • Your company’s desired market positioning – how you want to be known in the market.

When this is articulated and agreed at Board level then I work with you to create a detailed, measurable Marketing Plan ready to be implemented.
