“As engineers we recognised marketing was something we had to do but had no idea of where to begin … fortunately in Kara we found a consultant who spent time to listen to us and understand our business and then worked with us, at a pace we were comfortable with, to develop a Marketing Strategy and Plan we could all buy into.

Kara’s approach was initially to engage with key members of our team in a series of workshops which helped us better understand our business and who are ideal clients are; the material from the workshops was then used to formulate the Marketing Plan.

Kara was then engaged to help us implement two key pillars of our Marketing Plan: updating our brand and developing a website.

Following a similar collaborative approach this has culminated in a brand and website which reflect our unique offering while still looking and sounding like us.
